According to the requirements of ABS specification, we designed and manufactured 12-points anchor mooring positioning system for SSCV semi-submersible lifting platform of CIMC RAFFLES. This system , which is driven by variable frequency motor, adopts a 1500KN single-cord tension and a 5000KN supporting load, and uses shiftable reduction gear, dynamic brake system and constant tension control technology.
